Good products have great customer service
So - while the concept of this app is great, the customer service from the developer is horrible. First I tried to upgrade from the basic app to ultimate using paypal. Then I tried to eat the money paypal took for the upgrade and go directly to the developer’s site to just purchase the ultimate app - not once but twice unsuccessfully because their e-commerce site is horrible and hung up constantly. After emailing them about that - do you think they jumped to aid? Nope not at all. Paypal took my money, but the developer continued to say that they dd not receive payment. After logging into paypal I saw that the payment was awaiting confirmation from the developer to accept the payment. According to the developer they want me - the customer to contact paypal and fix their ID associated to the account, which is apparently causing the issue. How ridiculous is that - this has been going on for two weeks. Instead of the developer taking the bull by the horns and telling the customer they will investigate and fix the issue…they push back on the customer to fix a problem that is clearly theirs to fix. Bad customer service. This is conceptually a nice app - however 1 star - even the best products should have equally great customer service. In my opinion you can’t have one without the other.
