This function really ought to be incorporated into the mac operating systems, but in the meantime, Split Screen does the job seamlessly. It’s super easy to use and makes life WAY easier.

Very useful and easy to get the hang of immediately.

The app works fine except that it ALWAYS asks for you to review it. It kills the use of the actual app. Really annoying

After, it will be more convenient and there is also a function to distribute up and down.

The absence of this function on mac made me crazy for a long time.Checked sypport forums but couldnt find any function on mac or any free/at least cheep app for it. I found this app by chance and apparently caught the limited time to download it free. I would recommend it strongly.It is very easy to use.when you donwload it a a divided screen sign appears on top of the screen next to wifi etc signs. When you open one document/ page / program click on this split page sign and select how you want to split. Very easy.Thank you for the free download opportunity!

I bought this app some weeks ago but have never been able to use it. It downloaded ok but before it can be used it you have to follow instructions provided. Unfortunately for Split Screen and users the instructions are impossible to follow. Therefore, not recommended!!!! Waste of money

super useful basic and light application I use it always both with small (13”) and big (24”) screens. I did not have any trouble great app

This app is really my favorite, I enjoy the control + a,s,d. It easily allows me to snap a window into any part of my screen with that command. Only improvement it could use is having the drag and snap action, which this app sadly doesn’t have. However, it is still a great app!

I figured I would try this app since I miss the Windows “snap to side” feature and was hit with 2 “How do you like this app?” and “Rate me now” nag screens. I get that the developer is trying to get a name for themselves, but I could not even use the app for a day before the nagging to rate you starts popping up. Well I am rating you, however not the 5 star rating you want, the only reason this has 1 star is because a negative rating is not available.

I work with spreadsheets and being able to have two of them up at the same time is a big help.

Thanks for making this app. Really comes in handy when I am multitasking between programs on my Mac. Keep up the good work.

The ability to have split finder windows is awesome when trying to move files into Dropbox. As a designer, this product works flawlessly with Adobe CC, especially if you have to work between PhotoShop and Illustrator images.
